Brief Description
The Change Management Experience as Illustrated by the County's recent upgrade of the SAP system
Every system upgrade has its share of challenges. How to communicate with and prepare end-users for the change; what to do when the unexpected happens, and how to wrap-it all up neatly.
Bio
Kerry Bailey has a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's in Business Administration from Cal Poly SLO, and is still wondering how she ended up as a CPA. Following a family tradition of public service, she left public accounting to work at Cuesta College, followed by several years at the County's Health Agency. She is currently a member of SLO County's Auditor-Controller's Office where she splits her time between accounting and training and change management projects.
